There are two options for removing your personal data from the site.
- Delete form data. You can choose to delete your submission for the Stress & Energy Assessment. Please note that this does not delete all personal information, as some field calculations are carried over to your account settings.
- Delete account. To remove all personal data from this website, you may choose this option.
You can find both of these options on the My Account page under the Edit Account tab.
